Software today announced that FileCatalyst, it's industry leading accelerated file
transfer suite, is now fully integrated with Microsoft Interactive Media Manager
(IMM).

Microsoft Interactive Media Manager is a collaborative media management solution
that extends Microsoft Office SharePoint® Server 2007 for media and entertainment
companies. The solution builds on existing technology investments, and helps
companies create an end-to-end content production system accessible by everyone. In
addition, Interactive Media Manager easily integrates with Microsoft business
intelligence tools, giving management insight into production details.

Featuring patent-pending acceleration technology with less than 1% overhead,
on-the-fly compression and byte-level incremental transfers, FileCatalyst uses
software automation to overcome the file transfer inefficiencies associated with FTP
or other traditional file transfer methods. Not only can FileCatalyst guarantee line
speed, it can actually provide effective throughput 2-3 times greater than line
speed. This translates to speeds 50 or more times faster than traditional transfer
methods.
